The agent you didn't know you needed When we decided to sell our house, our choice in Nick was simple. He was receptive to how we processed things. It was clear to us that he was experienced because he could explain things in a way that just made sense, that aligned with what we already new, and left us feeling secure and not "Pitched". What sealed the deal was his pricing structure. One rate, no "Tiers of service" and its was more than reasonable. Now this was in January 2020. We made our choice and put the house on the market.
